Beginners 7pm to 8pm

Intermediate/Advanced 8pm to 9pm

Cost €60.00 for Aer Lingus Tennis Club members

Cost €80.00 for ALSAA members

JUNIOR COACHING

Junior coaching continues throughout the year on saturday afternoons except for school holidays.

Coaching for 6 to 14 year olds split into two sessions according to age and ability.

BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE

For these groups we have coaching at least three times during the year, usually before the start of a league. It is normally on a week-day evening between 7PM - 9PM in groups of 4 to 8 players of similar standard. Each coaching period lasts one hour and continues for 5 or 6 weeks.

ADVANCED

As above but normally in groups of four players advanced coaching concentrates more on strategy, tactics and control.
